Refund Policy - The Basics
No Refund Policy: All payments made to DMV Moving Company are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Customers may cancel or reschedule their move, but no refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
- Service Disruptions:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, mechanical issues, or emergencies), we will make every effort to reschedule services at no additional cost, but refunds will not be issued.

If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they may contact us within 24 hours of service completion for a resolution, but refunds will not be granted.
